Our photographer stated, “Heavily wooded property throughout. Feels like you are in the middle of literally no where ville but only 3/4 a mile to the cluster mail boxes and paved road! Once past the cluster box road is no maintained but VERY passable even for a regular 2 wheel drive car. just watch out for high center points (rocks etc..) don’t get you from underneath. rain or snow might change this. Cell phone reception was spotty but it did get some. (tmobile/sprint) I don’t see any utilties along the paths but there is power 3/4 a mile away possibly closer. I don’t see any utility level water or comms. plot is mostly flat going slightly up hill from chico to the other road. very heavily treed but if I got the borders right I believe that clearing is part of the property and would be perfect for a camper. you are less than 20 miles from Edgewood proper and all that such offers (walmart, smiths, gas and much more) exit the area right onto 17 right onto 66 and you are in edgewood or go left at 66 and your 20 miles from to Albuquerque (from 66) Views are nice but slightly restricted (heavy trees) but if you LIKE the wood tree view you are going to absolutely love this.”
