Our photographer said, “Property has a GORGEOUS view and is very secluded while only being 3 miles from the center of Edgewood which has modern shopping and amenities. But that last half a mile is rough. I created an annotated map. nothing short of a hard core 4×4 is getting to this property via any route I could find except the blue line. That blue line is the only route a car can reach. the last half mile from the yellow circled area where I stopped is the limit I was willing to risk. A 4×4 is very likely required beyond this point although I don’t think a hard core 4×4 is required. 4×4 blazer pickup jeep could probably make this last leg if you are careful. Watch the rocks. Don’t have a high center. You want your wheels ON the rocks but the rock can’t be taller than your ground clearance of you will high center and damage your rocker panels if not get outright stuck (note the pop up camper someone tried the south route they did not make it) You can probably walk from the stop point to the property. Not much to see it’s largely undeveloped on the actual spot. There is some angle to the ground level but with the NW corner being the high point. Cell Reception is excellent. Utilities are within around 1/2 mile and there are plenty of homes around just not in that “chunk” for the last half mile. Once some of the rock is take care of a car could easily make it to the property. Once road access is overcome this is some seriously nice location! It’s like you’re in the middle of nowhere away from everyone but you’re about 1 mile from everything you could need. quite a unique location.”
