Careful you will scrap the bottom of your car on rocks if low or not careful. Keep your tires ON the tallest protruding stones to keep the bottom of your car as high up as possible. Power is around half a mile away along the main road through the Sherwood area. Corner property. Slight angle overall but mostly even. I am not sure where the property ends. would need to survey to actual find property lines. GIS map seems to include the road you see in the pictures so either its off a little or the road was no run exactly where it should be (common in places like this as vehicles find path of least resistance which is not always “map correct” No water or any other utilities visible. Great view! One of the nicer properties in so far as you have pretty easy access. It would not be too hard to clean up that last couple hundred feet (break apart some of the larger rocks sticking out for better grading) and after that a good usable road. The cell signal is okay. Weak but it is there. A repeater would probably work very well here. Not much is super local. tiny rural village at exit. I think there is a little convenience store within a couple miles. Edgewood is 30 minutes north and gives you access to fast food, dining, Walmart, smiths grocery, hardware, auto parts stores etc.. as well as access to I40 and Albuquerque another 25 minutes away.
