“The road is on a cul de sac with mostly grass as a road, a small amount of gravel towards the end of cul de sac where lot 3530 begins. There is water runoff from the storms emptying into this gully at the beginning of the property that feeds a creek. The road is pretty compared to others, as most of these lots are plotted out from roads on the top of hills. Gravel would be needed. Lot 3529 would be most likely better for building for road access. Lot 3530 immediately drops to a creek with a hill behind it in the property. Access over the creek would be necessary to build on it. Lots are heavily wooded with some clearing. Plenty of places with new tree growth that could be cleared. Electric poles border the property. No water or sewer availability was noticed.”
