Dave is joined by lawyer turned farmer, Lauren Manning. In addition to running her own farm, Lauren writes for a variety of publications like the online magazine Successful Farming, AG Funder News, and also is a food and AG law professor at the University of Arkansas. She left her profession as a lawyer to pursue her passion and desire to become a farmer and hasn’t looked back since!

She took time out of her crazy busy schedule to talk with us about her amazing journey from lawyer to farmer, why apprenticeships are so important for the next generation of farmers, tips on buying and choosing the right farm land, livestock and MORE!
