The terrain of the property is very flat and was very rocky, with some mixed desert vegetation. There are power lines along the road, so power hook up would not be a problem at all. Drill a well, or take advantage of the inexpensive water delivery and use a cistern, its only about $50 for 1,100 gallons of water! Trash service is already established in the neighborhood also. Our photographer had cell service that fluctuated anywhere from 1 to 4 bars and 4G (Verizon) on the property, so using a signal extender would get you great service.
The parcel is an easy drive off Oatman highway and it has good views of multiple mountains. The neighborhood is a mix of single-family homes and manufactured homes. The property definitely has potential and would make a great site to build your dream home.
