Our Photographer noticed the perimeter of the property had a wire fence, but in some places was falling down or needed repair and to the north there was a wooden pole with what appears to be power line, so you might not have to go all the way off grid. Cell service was overall between 2-4 bars and 4G (Verizon).

Photographer Notes:  The parcel is a fairly easy drive to the highway and has lots of potential. It is reasonably level and would be fairly easy to clear to build a great year-round home. There was a truck camper shell in the middle of the property (see pictures), but I did not notice any signs of recent occupancy. The camper door was open and there were broken windows, so odds are it is not currently occupied and may be abandoned property.
IF the camper is still on the property it will STAY on the property for the new owners to renovate or scrap. 

Ash Fork and Williams are fairly close and have plenty of shopping and dining choices.  Coconino County has TONS to do including:
