Some notes on access to the property: There are at least 5 roads leading to the property. 5 bridges across the Humboldt River. All roads in the area lead to 11 mile well. It’s an old cattle watering station that’s been there for 75 years. You can reach the property on treaty hill rd at the power plant. Just west of there is a heavy haul concrete bridge that goes to the well and both ways on the river leading to a dozen roads that radiate from the well. The little community of Mote has a bridge and public rd that goes North to hwy 35 that wraps around the valley on the North side. This is also an extention of main st Battle mountain. The other end runs into hwy 789 aka #18 and Midas rd. No fences or gates anywhere out there except a section of field corn. You can see this on satellite.
