Zoning & Use Rules
Zoned Estate Residential. Residential use is allowed, with homes required to be at least 600 square feet. Manufactured and mobile homes are allowed with a permit and must be built in 1976 or newer. These homes may only be used as a single-family dwelling and cannot be used as an accessory structure, temporary structure, or for storage. Solar panels are allowed with a permit.
Camping, camper trailers, and RVs are allowed for up to 14 days within any consecutive three-month period, with a maximum of 56 days per year. Stays longer than this require an approved septic system and water source. RVs may only be used for temporary travel, recreation, or vacation purposes. Full-time RV living and using an RV for storage or as an accessory structure are not allowed.
Livestock is limited to small animals such as chickens, which must be kept in a coop. Hunting is not allowed
