I turned left on Stanford Dr, left on 8256/Simpson, right on 8260/Victor, right on 8269/Shultz Ln, then left on Stanford Dr, then left on 8284/Irwin Ave, right on 8274/Placone Rd, then right on 8286 and 8287. The road went from paved, to hard packed dirt, dirt, and then dirt and rock.”

“Traveling to the corners: Google Maps took me east of the property. The four corners were easy to walk to, and the property is fairly level with a slight slope. The terrain of the property was peppered with juniper trees, small scrub oak, cacti, dirt and rock. There were no signs of electrical lines or water in close proximity to the property but were present in the neighborhood. There is a telex box right at the property’s edge, and the neighbors across the street were making use of water delivery and solar. My cell service was 1-2 bars and 4G (Verizon). I received a phone call while on the property and did not have any issues.”

“Overall impression of the property: The parcel is adjacent to a paved road and would require very little work to begin building a single-family home or ranch home/horse property. Several neighbors in the area have developed their parcels for the same use. The area is quiet and shows signs of good support for development. There are water wells that are available to fill cisterns. Signs on the way advertise backhoe and excavation service. The neighbors are a mix of single-family homes, manufactured homes, and trailers/RVs. The nearby general store offers a lot of convenience and overall, the property is a short drive to Show Low and surrounding areas for excellent shopping and dining options.”
