Our photographer said, “Driving to the property: Highway driving on 60 and 61 was uneventful. I turned left on Stanford Drive. The pavement turns into hard packed dirt and rock. I turned right on Ponderosa Dr/8050 and drove to the property’s edge. The road was easy going and a car would have no trouble getting to the property.

Traveling to the corners: I followed the GPS coordinates using Google maps, which took me along Ponderosa Drive for two of the four points. All four points were easy to walk to. The terrain of the property was mostly flat and was a mix of grasses, dirt, volcanic rock, and juniper trees. There were also a few small cacti and flowers. Several cows were seen freely grazing when I arrived but left when I exited my vehicle. Power lines were going to multiple properties nearby, and a nearby neighbor was using Larson for their trash service. The neighborhood also has several wells set up to fill up cisterns. I had no cell service for most of the time I was on the property, except along Ponderosa Drive, which was 1 bar and 4G (Verizon).

Overall impression of the property: The parcel is in a good area with easy access and was a breeze to drive to. The property is level and would not need much brush clearing to start building a single-family home. It is a short drive to a nearby general store and nearby Show Low has an abundance of shopping and restaurants.”
