Photographer’s note: During the visit, access to the property was not difficult. Most of the drive in was along a sand and dirt road, which became softer as you approach the property. A standard vehicle was able to reach the area without issue, but it is clearly a rural road.

Heavily wooded. Terrain is mostly sandy and hilly, with uneven ground throughout. The area is raw and would require clearing and leveling if you plan to place your dream home, cabin, or mobile home on the lot.
Utilities & Connectivity
Utiltiy poles on road accross the street via Dominion Energy South Carolina. Electrical lines are visible as well on the east side of the road, where there are mostly mobile homes and a few small built homes that appear to have utilities. Cell service was not available in this area during the visit.
Surrounding Area
The surrounding neighborhood is sparse and rural. Development is limited, with scattered mobile homes and small houses. The area appears somewhat run down and lightly maintained, contributing to a quiet, low-traffic environment.
Everyday Convenience
While the property itself feels secluded, everyday essentials are still accessible by car. Gaston is approximately a 10-minute drive and offers grocery stores and basic services. Larger shopping areas and malls are available toward West Columbia and Lexington within a reasonable drive.
Zoning: No zoning restrictions. County setbacks for stick-built homes are 30 ft from the road right-of-way and 10 ft from adjoining properties. Mobile homes, camping, and RVs are allowed.
