Electricity was observed on the street, but no water connection was seen. The lot will need to be cleared before any building or camping. There is no slope from the road into the property, and the land is mostly flat. No fence or trash was observed. It did not appear that anyone is living on the properties. There is a yard up the road with many vehicles, but aside from that, the area feels like a normal neighborhood.”
