The property has no nearby utilities but there were power lines in the area within a few miles. The views are incredible and the property seems well-suited to have an off-grid home or even a small cattle ranch. The neighbors in the area were in fabricated homes and trailers. Windmills, propane tanks, and water cisterns were noted, so it is very likely full delivery services to the area are possible. Further away from the property (closer to Fort Rock Rd and early in Bridge Canyon Parkway), there were garbage service bins (Waste Management) noted, as well as grid power. Cell phone signal was 2-4 bars and 4G (Verizon).
