Notes from Photographer:

From where Google Maps told me to stop on Buena Tierra, I hiked down a large hill and crossed a small wash and started uphill to arrive at the closest corner. The whole property sloped up a tall hill. Each of the four corners was able to be walked to with the appropriate footwear. Looking at the layout of the property versus the map, I would advise a client to travel further down to the next street (Cii Atlair) to approach the property with a shorter walk. The ground was covered with grasses, small and large rocks, and quite a few pinon and pine trees. Cell phone signal was 1-3 bars (Verizon).

Overall impression of the property:  The property has no nearby utilities but is situated in an incredible area as far as views go. The valley to the north and multiple hills/mountains in the distance, combined with the tranquil surroundings, make this an amazing area to build an small off-grid dwelling on the southern half of the property. The neighbors in the area were living in pre-fabricated buildings (e.g. converted sheds with solar panels) or trailers/RVs. Further out, there were some single family houses. The homes in the area were noted to make use of both solar and windmills for power, and some had water cisterns.
