Some notes from our photographer: The four corners were easy to walk to, and the property is mostly level. There were spare juniper trees, and primarily lots of grass, flowers, and wet mud. Power lines ran along the property’s edge but water lines were not noted. My cell service was 2-4 bars and 4G (Verizon).

The parcel is near a small lake. The land is grassy with a bit of mud. I was greeted by birds and electric blue dragonflies buzzing around, and it had a marsh near the beach sort of feel. Despite walking through the mud, the parcel was a pleasure to visit. The view is pleasant in many directions, including a hill with a beautiful rock face and nearby mountains. There is a general store only a few minutes’ drive on highway 61 that offers a lot of convenience, including fuel, a pizzeria/deli and convenience store all in one. The property is a short drive to Show Low and surrounding areas for excellent shopping and dining options. 

When you need to stock up on essentials, Show Low is only a twenty-four minute commute. The rest of the time you can be alone off grid with the wildlife, star filled night sky, and panoramic views. Unwind from a busy work week in silence and pure relaxation.
