I bet sunsets will be amazing. 4 miles from pavement. the last 2 miles of dirt are 4×4 advised but IS passable by car except the last turn off. That will require 4×4. other locals are working on improving the road to and past this property but not the little “leg” to get up to this exact property. If you get it soon enough you might be able to work with the other property owner’s company for a discount to do something with the leg to this property. (Look for the blue pickup) NO cell reception from the lower level but you might get it FROM the property as it’s a high point! when I drive around the switchback I get intermittent reception. a repeater on a nice pole might just do the trick. Power is VERY close almost at the end of the small leg to this property. Maybe 1000ft! Property looks mostly level with a drop off on the south side helping with that amazing view. around a 25-20 minute drive to edgewood with all the ammennities you could need including smiths grocery, Walmart, hardware stores, auto parts stores, etc.. and Albuquerque another 25 minutes on I40 from Edgewood. The other residents DOES have a well so that might be an option although this probably is a couple hundred feet higher up than the others in the area. There are a few homes nearby both simple and well constructed. The other resident (further in than this property) was even able to get AAA to come out when her car broke down. that last few hundred feet might be a hassle but consider relatively easy access with improvements coming and power so close and such a high gorgeous location. It might be worth the hassle. Watch the Panoramic video. that was only 40-50ft up. What a view!! Pretty much 360′ unobstructed amazing view.”
