On the eastern half is a wash that runs from the northern edge to the southeastern corner. It is 20 to 30 feet wide in areas and 10 to 20 feet deep. There is a barb wire fence along the eastern edge of the parcel. There is great mountain and train track views to the southeast.

There are some power poles about ¾ mile to the south. We placed GPS flags at all corners as no other survey pins or markers existed.
